We strive to make your stay enjoyable – and we do prepare the house with utmost attention for your arrival. Please let us know if you detect any malfunction or if anything breaks during your stay.

Reductions from indicated prices are availabler for longer stays outside the main season.

Included in the rent

All taxes with the exception of the local tourist tax (of currently 1,23 € per day per adult person).
Pellets for heating and warm water as well as electrity.
Bed linen and towels replaced at the beginning and the middle of the week.
Cleaning at the beginning and the middle of the week.

Payment conditions:

Payment: 50% at the time of the booking
50% 10 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

Cost of cancellation:
Up to 9 weeks before planned arrival: 10% of total rental
Up to 3 weeks before planned arrival: 50% of total rent
Later than 3 weeks before planned arrival: 80% of total rent.
